Shayan Mashatian - Executive Vice President

"Content management systems claimed to provide the right information, to the right individual, at the right time way back in the 90's. The mobile channel takes this to another level by making access ubiquitous."

Mr. Shayan Mashatian, the executive vice president of CellTrust™, is responsible for managing the company's Business Solutions Division. This division provides business-to-consumer offerings, comprising CellTrust™, Mobile Messaging and CellTrust™, Mobile Commerce. Mashatian brings to CellTrust™, more than 15 years of experience in enterprise and mobile-wireless technology product design, implementation, and project management.

For more than eight years, Mashatian has lived and worked in Canada, consulting and performing enterprise programming for several Canadian and U.S. companies. In 2003, he founded eClerisy Inc. to provide consulting and professional services to U.S. corporations, which were outsourcing their product development and customization of existing IT products. During this time, Mashatian managed several product delivery projects for major corporations including GM, Pfizer, Tyco, and Merrill Lynch.

Mashatian's extensive experience in product conception, development, and launch strategies has given him the keen ability to analyze enterprise operations and process trends and align them with innovative and relevant technologies, as well as assess market conditions for new opportunities and prospective product lines. He brings additional expertise in cross-vertical, market-oriented product development, product deployment, and operations.

Mashatian founded mobile marketing and mobile commerce company PrimeMessage Inc. in 2005, launching its business-to-business and business-to-consumer mobile messaging (SMS) product lines commercially in early 2006. PrimeMessage achieved immediate customer awareness and adoption, and a subsequent influx of sales revenue proving Mashatian's timing was right and supporting PrimeMessage's rapid growth.

Mashatian has a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran and is completing his master's degree in Business at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University (UK).
